Responsibilities
- Perform daily tasks in strict accordance with the restaurant’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring consistency and quality.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports at the end of each shift, tracking revenue, waste, and promotional performance.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain all restaurant equipment—including ovens, grills, coffee machines, and POS terminals—to prevent downtime and guarantee food safety.
- Maintain a spotless dining area, kitchen, and service stations, adhering to hygiene protocols and local health regulations.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and deliver meals with attention to detail, fostering a memorable dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and reconcile tills accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and consumables, reporting shortages and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and correct plating of dishes.
- Assist in training new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in regular shift briefings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- All genders are welcome; preference may be given to candidates who can meet cultural expectations of the location.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language ability (e.g., English) is a plus.
- Presentable appearance with a friendly demeanor and professional grooming.
- Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform physical tasks typical of restaurant service.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; prior experience is not required but a willingness to learn is essential.
