This full‑time position is based in the vibrant Minahasa region and plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agent network. As an acquisition specialist, you will be the front line of AmarthaLink’s expansion strategy, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing agents who will deliver our innovative financial services to underserved communities. This role offers a blend of field work, strategic planning, and data‑driven reporting, providing a rewarding career path for motivated professionals.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted acquisition campaigns to recruit new AmarthaLink agents, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
- Conduct outreach, presentations, and workshops to educate prospective agents on the benefits, features, and operational procedures of AmarthaLink services.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents to ensure high satisfaction, operational smoothness, and repeat business.
- Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support, guiding agents in the use of our digital platform, product portfolio, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance adherence, intervening promptly to resolve issues.
- Analyze market potential within the assigned territory, identifying untapped segments and recommending expansion strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including acquisition numbers, sales forecasts, and insights on market trends.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to align field activities with broader company initiatives.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent AmarthaLink positively during all field interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition, preferably within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Deep knowledge of the Minahasa market, including local business customs and regulatory environment.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C, enabling frequent field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based setting.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional travel within the region.
