Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic Frontliner Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in the Greater Bandung region. This role is the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling in‑person transactions, providing accurate information, and ensuring a friendly, professional experience at every touchpoint. Candidates will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where strong communication, a customer‑centric attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and the opportunity to develop a solid foundation in the financial services sector while serving a diverse client base across Bandung City, Bandung Regency, Priangan Timur, Priangan Barat, Sumedang, Garut, Subang, and Purwakarta.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers entering the branch, ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s commitment to service excellence.
  • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and account inquiries, with strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries, providing clear, concise, and accurate information about products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate specialists or departments for more complex issues.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank products, promotional offers, and changes in policies to advise customers effectively.
  • Handle cash and electronic transaction reconciliations at the end of each shift, ensuring zero discrepancies.
  • Document customer feedback and recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment that complies with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve branch performance targets and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; GPA of at least 2.75.
  • Open to all genders; applicants must possess a professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated friendliness, responsibility, and discipline in previous work or academic experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and composure.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with banking software, MS Office, and digital transaction platforms.
  • Willingness to work in the specified locations: Bandung City, Bandung Regency, Priangan Timur, Priangan Barat, Sumedang, Garut, Subang, and Purwakarta.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
