Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with design specifications, resolve on‑site issues, and provide technical support.
- Incorporate client feedback and revise design proposals promptly while maintaining project timelines.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, articulating material selections, spatial arrangements, and sustainability considerations.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date digital portfolio showcasing a range of interior projects, highlighting your ability to handle various styles and scales.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, new materials, and cutting‑edge software tools to continuously elevate design quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a proven track record of completed projects.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering platforms such as V‑Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, material specifications, and interior detailing.
- Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possession of a professional portfolio that demonstrates a variety of interior design solutions.
