Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Checker Operasional Produksi to join our fast‑paced production and logistics team. This role is essential for ensuring that every outbound shipment complies with our rigorous quality and documentation standards. The successful candidate will work at our main distribution hub, operating Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble goods per invoice, strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Verify that quantity, SKU, batch number, and expiry dates (ED) match the documentation for every outgoing item.
- Conduct hand‑over of goods to drivers or couriers, ensuring the physical items align with the invoice details.
- Generate and attach barcodes to shipments, then deliver the completed invoice package to the Head of Expedition.
- Organise and file all invoice documents in a systematic, accurate manner to facilitate easy retrieval and audit compliance.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff, expedition supervisors, and quality control teams to resolve any discrepancies quickly.
- Utilise basic MS Office applications to record transactions, update inventory logs, and maintain electronic records.
- Participate in regular SOP reviews and suggest process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support periodic stock‑take activities and assist in the reconciliation of physical inventory with system data.
Requirements
- Minimum educational attainment: D3/D4 (associate degree) in any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Checker, Warehouse Operator, or Expedition staff is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and capacity to meet daily targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CDOB (Certificate of Drug Origin/Batch) or CDAKB (Certificate of Analysis) processes is a valuable plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift moderate loads, and move around the warehouse environment for extended periods.
