Introduction
We are seeking energetic and results‑driven Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) or Sales Promotion Boys (SPB) to join our dynamic retail team in Pekalongan. This role is centered on direct customer engagement, driving product awareness, and delivering strong sales performance for our electronic product range. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of hands‑on experience in store sales or promotional activities, a solid high‑school education, and the enthusiasm to represent our brand with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers on the shop floor, providing product information, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations for electronic items such as smartphones, accessories, and home appliances.
- Execute direct selling techniques, including upselling and cross‑selling, to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily transaction summaries, inventory movements, and customer feedback.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display, ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date and comply with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with store managers and inventory teams to monitor stock levels, reorder products, and prevent stock‑outs during peak periods.
- Engage in market analysis activities by observing competitor promotions, gathering customer insights, and reporting trends that could influence future campaigns.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Uphold company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and workplace safety, adhering to the Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 38 years old (no strict upper limit beyond this guideline).
- Gender: Male (as specified for this position).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG/SPB, sales promoter, or similar retail role.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, persuasive selling, basic marketing analysis, and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Personal Traits: Positive attitude, high energy, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Ability: Comfortable using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic spreadsheet tools for reporting.
- Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
