Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with Accor’s standards for presentation, temperature, and hygiene.
- Handle payment transactions, process invoices, and maintain a clear record of guest orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and reporting of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow service staff to coordinate smooth service flow.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and continuous improvement meetings.
- Uphold Accor’s brand values by demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and a proactive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates pursuing or having completed a relevant undergraduate degree are preferred.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no maximum age limit.

- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates and students are encouraged.
- Strong interest in the hospitality and food & beverage sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude toward guests and colleagues.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
