Responsibilities
- Actively offer and promote a range of financing products to prospective customers, ensuring clear communication of features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the end‑to‑end financing application process, guiding customers through each step with patience and professionalism.
- Assist customers in completing application forms, gathering required documentation, and verifying information to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach by delivering courteous, timely, and solution‑focused service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management, utilizing effective prospecting, follow‑up, and closing techniques.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales metrics, and customer feedback to supervisors for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to disbursement.
- Stay updated on product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends to provide relevant advice and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience as an SPG/SPB, sales representative, or marketing associate is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasive abilities with a focus on building long‑term customer relationships.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflect the company’s brand standards.
- Result‑driven mindset with high motivation, self‑discipline, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang and work the regular schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Basic computer literacy for using CRM tools, Excel reporting, and internal communication platforms.
