Responsibilities
- Design and implement age‑appropriate curricula for kindergarten (TK) that align with national standards and the Salaf educational philosophy.
- Conduct daily classroom activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and interactive play that develop fine motor skills, creativity, and social interaction.
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy, and Qur’an recitation, ensuring students learn to read the Qur’an fluently and with proper tajweed.
- Assess student progress through observations, portfolio reviews, and informal assessments; provide constructive feedback to children and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administrators to plan interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Support the Infal program for a three‑month intensive period, focusing on intensive Qur’an memorization and character building.
- Utilize innovative teaching tools and technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Model Islamic values and conduct, serving as a positive role model for students and their families.
Requirements
- Female (Akhwat) candidates only.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in PGPAUD (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent; D3/D4 accepted with relevant experience.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
- Preferably follows the Salaf methodology in teaching and personal conduct.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in early childhood or a related field is highly preferred.
- Fluent in reading the Qur’an with proper tajweed; ability to teach basic Qur’an memorization.
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Willingness to commit to a three‑month Infal program and a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with parents and staff.
- Ability to develop lesson plans, assess student learning, and adapt instruction to diverse learning needs.
