We are seeking a motivated Staf Penjualan Toko for our Gondang location. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with customers, support daily store operations, and contribute to the overall sales performance of the outlet. The role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a high school or vocational background who are eager to develop a career in retail sales, customer service, and store management.
The successful candidate will be expected to uphold the highest standards of honesty, discipline, and responsibility while presenting a professional and welcoming image to shoppers. In addition to a competitive base salary, the position includes performance‑based bonuses, daily, weekly, and monthly incentives, as well as uniform and on‑site accommodation (mess) support.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, labeled, and displayed according to company merchandising guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Perform regular inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up on after‑sales service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, participating in promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store, including the sales area, stockroom, and customer waiting zones.
- Document daily sales performance, attendance, and any notable customer feedback in the store’s management system.
- Uphold company policies related to Shalat, Dhuha, and Mengaji, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development.
- Continuously learn about new product lines, pricing updates, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to shoppers.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Preferably between 18 and 25 years old.

- Communication: Strong verbal skills with the ability to engage customers actively and clearly.
- Commitment to daily religious practices (Shalat, Dhuha, Mengaji) is considered a valued attribute.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
