We are seeking a passionate Guru Mata Pelajaran Sekolah Dasar to join our dedicated team of educators in the vibrant city of Cilacap. Responsibilities

- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including project‑based learning, interactive digital tools, and hands‑on activities to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and personalized support where needed.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment, promoting respect, honesty, and responsibility among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, sharing student achievements, addressing concerns, and encouraging home‑school collaboration.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.

Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Age: Between 18 and 50 years old.

- Academic status: Currently enrolled university students may apply, provided they meet other criteria.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, candidates with prior teaching experience in SMA, pesantren, or similar settings will be given preference.
- Personal attributes: Good character, honesty, trustworthiness, and strict adherence to school regulations.
- Core skills: Strong communication abilities, effective classroom management, and a genuine passion for teaching elementary subjects.
