Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Professional Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at the state‑of‑the‑art dental clinic located in the vibrant Taman Kopo Indah area. Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, including restorative, endodontic, prosthetic, and surgical treatments.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection‑control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, update treatment plans, and ensure proper documentation of consent forms.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies, place orders, and verify receipt of materials to avoid workflow interruptions.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑operative patient education, including oral hygiene instructions and medication guidance.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, manage patient flow, and handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Support the dental team in emergency situations, applying basic life support and emergency response procedures when needed.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and quality‑assurance audits to promote best practices.
- Ensure the clinic environment complies with health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Dental Nursing (Keperawatan Gigi).
- Active Surat Izin Praktik (SIP) and Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) licenses.
- At least 0–2 years of experience as a dental nurse or assistant; prior experience in a senior or supervisory role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with patients of all ages.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail in clinical documentation.
- Proficiency in dental software and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00, and to be based at the Taman Kopo Indah location.
