Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Waiter to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed information about daily specials and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and adherence to portion standards.
- Monitor table status, anticipate guest needs, and respond quickly to refill drinks, clear plates, and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring proper table settings.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues that arise during service.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process bills accurately while following company cash‑handling policies.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including proper sanitization of workstations and equipment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with menu changes, new service techniques, and hospitality best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, service bottlenecks, and opportunities for improving the overall dining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s current hiring policy).
- Unmarried status preferred to ensure flexible availability.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is highly desirable.
- Own reliable transportation for punctual arrival and potential off‑site events.
- Demonstrated honesty, strong work ethic, and the ability to work long shifts without fatigue.
- Not currently enrolled in school or university to guarantee full-time commitment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays up to 15 kg, and navigate a busy dining floor safely.
