Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat di Rumah to provide high‑quality, one‑on‑one instruction for students in the Kalinyamatan area of Jepara. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education, enjoy personalized teaching, and can create a supportive learning environment within the comfort of a student’s home. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering tailored lessons that align with the curriculum while fostering curiosity and academic confidence.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized lesson plans that address each student’s learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Deliver engaging instruction in core subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, Science, and Social Studies, adhering to national education standards.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson outcomes, and any required materials or resources.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss academic goals, progress reports, and any concerns.
- Adapt teaching methods and pacing to accommodate varying skill levels, ensuring that each session is both challenging and achievable.
- Promote a disciplined yet encouraging atmosphere, emphasizing punctuality, respect, and a love for lifelong learning.
- Stay current with educational best practices, incorporating technology and interactive tools when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the hiring organization to schedule sessions, manage cancellations, and handle any administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 degree, preferably in Education or a related field.
- Graduate (Sarjana) in a Education major is highly preferred.
- Residency in Kab. Jepara (domicile requirement).
- Strong teaching abilities with a proven capacity to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- No prior professional experience required, though any tutoring or teaching exposure is a plus.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing skill‑enhancement strategies for learners.
