Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Investigator Bisnis for our Mamuju office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our operations by conducting thorough security investigations, background checks, and risk assessments across all business units. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, covert and overt investigative techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external law‑enforcement agencies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security investigations and area surveys in both overt and covert manners to identify potential threats to company assets.
- Execute AF Trigger investigations according to daily assignments, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform comprehensive investigations of Point of Sales (POS) locations, evaluating fraud risk, transaction anomalies, and operational compliance.
- Carry out Employee Background Checks (EBC) for HR and business requests, verifying credentials, criminal records, and financial history.
- Collect, analyze, and preserve investigative data, including photographic evidence, voice recordings, and digital logs, guaranteeing accuracy and chain‑of‑custody integrity.
- Prepare clear, concise investigative reports and present findings to senior management, recommending corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Liaise with police, public prosecutors, and other law‑enforcement bodies to facilitate information exchange and support legal proceedings.
- Develop and maintain an up‑to‑date risk register for the Mamuju region, highlighting emerging security trends and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to business units on security best practices, interview techniques, and fraud detection.
- Support internal audit and compliance teams by supplying investigative insights and evidence when required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related security function.
- Proven experience interacting with police forces, public prosecutors, or other law‑enforcement agencies.
- Strong interview and interrogation skills; ability to extract reliable information while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in data‑driven investigation tools and reporting software.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Adaptability to new technologies and investigative methodologies.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, both written and verbal.

- Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
