Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mitra Sales Force to join our growing team in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to dive into the world of online sales and digital marketing while working closely with motor dealers and channel partners. As a key liaison between our company and its dealer network, you will play an essential part in expanding market reach, strengthening partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) with dealers, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, guiding them through the PKS signing process.
- Educate dealers and channel partners on product features, promotional programs, and digital sales tools.
- Assist dealers in the self‑service purchase order (PO) entry system, providing hands‑on training and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate daily with the Section Head of Motor at the branch to align sales strategies and share market insights.
- Track sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and propose actionable improvements.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital sales platforms.
- Represent the company at local events, dealer meetings, and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and own a reliable motorcycle for field visits.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and an active personal mobile number.
- Strong desire to learn online sales techniques and digital marketing concepts.
- Demonstrated sales and marketing mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly.
- High integrity, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Ability to adapt to fast‑changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and CRM tools) is a plus.
