Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Pembukuan dan Pengarsipan Dokumen to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based at our corporate campus and follows a Monday‑Saturday work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. The role is ideal for a recent graduate (minimum S1) who is eager to develop a career in bookkeeping, document management, and administrative support within a fast‑growing, family‑oriented organization. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate daily financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring all entries are reconciled and compliant with internal policies.
  • Organize, index, and archive physical and digital documents in a systematic filing system to guarantee quick retrieval.
  • Conduct regular audits of archived files, verify the completeness of records, and coordinate with the finance department for audit support.
  • Enter data into accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and generate routine financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
  • Assist in budgeting processes by preparing supporting schedules and monitoring actual versus budgeted expenditures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline document flow, improve data integrity, and implement best practices for record retention.
  • Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and handling correspondence.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting automation tools like 3D Max for visual documentation or AVR for workflow automation.
  • Adhere to company policies, work overtime when required, and remain flexible to be placed in any department that supports operational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Female, age not exceeding 30 years.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are welcome.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate) and basic computer applications.
  • Adaptability to new technologies, quick learning ability, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to participate in leadership development programs, including communication workshops, routine physical activities, and character‑building training.
  • Commitment to a three‑month unpaid probation period followed by performance‑based salary evaluation.
  • Readiness to sign a minimum five‑year contract after successful probation and to comply with company values and conduct standards.
