Responsibilities
- Operate company pickup trucks safely on daily routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Load, secure, and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking oil, brakes, tires, and fluid levels, and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle, reflecting the company’s commitment to hygiene.
- Use a smartphone equipped with WhatsApp and Google Maps to receive dispatch instructions, confirm deliveries, and communicate real‑time updates.
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients, addressing any concerns and representing the brand positively.
- Complete accurate delivery paperwork, including signatures, invoices, and electronic logs.
- Assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting when necessary, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Follow scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and report any absences in accordance with company procedures.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 20 and 45 years.
- Valid SIM A (for pickup trucks) and SIM C (for three‑wheel vehicles).
- Physically and mentally healthy, with the stamina to handle long driving hours.
- Strong sense of honesty, loyalty, and commitment to cleanliness.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone, WhatsApp, and Google Maps for navigation and communication.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform simple checks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while following company guidelines and schedules.
