Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding for new hires across all departments.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits enrollment, and attendance tracking, collaborating closely with the finance team.
- Facilitate employee training programs, workshops, and performance‑appraisal processes to promote professional development.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace ethics.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for senior management, highlighting turnover trends, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction scores.
- Support the implementation of the company’s store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) by ensuring that staff are trained and that HR processes align with system requirements.
- Organize and oversee company events, recognition programs, and health‑and‑safety initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized HR office, manage confidential documentation, and uphold the highest standards of data privacy.
- Provide logistical support for daily operations, including handling office supplies, coordinating transportation for staff, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; must wear a hijab as part of the company’s dress code.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Any educational background (all levels accepted); a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Zero to two years of prior work experience; fresh graduates who demonstrate strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic; ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (Microsoft Office, email) and familiarity with HR information systems.
- Valid motorbike license and ability to operate a motorbike for occasional errands or site visits.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; good command of English is advantageous.
