We are hiring for two key positions – Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) and Field Collection Officer – to support our expanding portfolio of credit products across the Denpasar region and surrounding districts (Tabanan, Gianyar, Singaraja, Jembrana). Responsibilities

Both roles share a common goal of driving revenue growth and maintaining healthy cash flow for the company. The specific duties are outlined below:

  • Credit Marketing Officer (CMO):
    • Identify and prospect potential retail and corporate customers for credit products.
    • Conduct market surveys and credit assessments to evaluate applicant eligibility.
    • Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, explaining terms, rates, and repayment schedules.
    • Negotiate contract terms and close sales while adhering to internal risk policies.
    • Collaborate with underwriting and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
    • Participate in regular sales meetings, reporting on targets, challenges, and market insights.
  • Field Collection Officer:
    • Visit assigned accounts across the Bali area to collect outstanding payments.
    • Verify invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and update payment status in the system.
    • Engage customers with professionalism, employing effective negotiation techniques to secure timely settlements.
    • Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for management review.
    • Assist the credit team with risk monitoring by flagging delinquent accounts and suggesting mitigation actions.
    • Coordinate with local authorities or legal counsel when necessary to enforce collection policies.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to preserve relationships and encourage future business.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum criteria and possess the right blend of skills and attitude:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No strict upper limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who demonstrate the required competence.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience:
    • CMO – prior experience in sales, marketing, account management, or field surveying is advantageous, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Field Collection – background as a collector, field collector, accounts receivable officer, or similar role is preferred, but entry‑level candidates are also welcome.
  • Vehicle: Own a motorbike and hold a valid SIM C license to travel across the assigned territories.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
    • Effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Result‑orientation with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
    • Adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Placement: Assignment will align with the candidate’s domicile within the Bali area (Denpasar, Tabanan, Gianyar, Singaraja, Jembrana).
