Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with prospective merchants using both inbound leads and outbound prospecting techniques.
- Execute the full acquisition cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, leveraging a pre‑qualified prospect database.
- Guide new merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring product integration, training, and activation are completed smoothly and on schedule.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, including pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and to resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, documenting all interactions, deal stages, and customer insights for future reference.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, continuously seeking new market segments and partnership opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments and new value propositions.
- Provide feedback to product development based on merchant needs, helping to shape future enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, e‑commerce, or multi‑merchant platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – able to build trust, persuade stakeholders, and close agreements.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with high initiative; comfortable identifying opportunities and acting on them without constant supervision.
- Results‑oriented mindset; willingness to work against clear performance targets and KPIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities – analyze issues quickly and propose effective solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
