Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tutor Bahasa Inggris to teach junior high school students (grades 7‑9) in the Solo Raya area (Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Boyolali). Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through quizzes, oral presentations, and written assignments; provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records in the school’s learning management system.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and school staff to design interdisciplinary projects and remedial programs.
- Utilize digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards) to enhance virtual or blended learning experiences.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as English clubs, debate sessions, and cultural exchanges to broaden students’ exposure.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and staff meetings.
- Uphold the institution’s standards of discipline, professionalism, and student safety at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Education, English Language, or a related field.
- Active university student (maximum up to semester 5) or recent graduate (fresh graduate).
- Experience as a freelance tutor, honorarium teacher, or similar teaching role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and speaking skills appropriate for junior high curriculum.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment, discipline, professionalism, creativity, and effective communication abilities.
- Preferably residing in Solo Raya (Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Boyolali) to ensure punctuality and community familiarity.
- Own reliable transportation for daily travel to the tutoring center.
