Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring overall presentation.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bar staff, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow and address guest needs swiftly.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and point‑of‑sale systems with precision, ensuring correct billing and receipt issuance.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper sanitation of workstations and equipment.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, inventory checks, and post‑shift debriefs to continuously improve service quality.
- Support special events, private functions, and high‑volume periods by adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.

- Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must not be currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

- Proficiency in basic food and beverage service techniques and a commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
