Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our professional service team as Waiters – Tim Pelayanan Profesional. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. As a member of our front‑of‑house team, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage options.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring overall presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bar staff, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow and address guest needs swiftly.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and point‑of‑sale systems with precision, ensuring correct billing and receipt issuance.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper sanitation of workstations and equipment.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, inventory checks, and post‑shift debriefs to continuously improve service quality.
  • Support special events, private functions, and high‑volume periods by adapting quickly to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must not be currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to work.
  • Proficiency in basic food and beverage service techniques and a commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
