Responsibilities
As a crew member, you will be cross‑trained to perform a variety of functions within the outlet. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Learning and mastering all crew stations such as server, presenter, kitchen assistant, barista, and cleaning.
- Executing rolling station assignments to maintain operational flexibility during peak hours.
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistent quality and presentation.
- Operating cash registers, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining cash drawer integrity.

Requirements
