Responsibilities

As a crew member, you will be cross‑trained to perform a variety of functions within the outlet. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning and mastering all crew stations such as server, presenter, kitchen assistant, barista, and cleaning.
  • Executing rolling station assignments to maintain operational flexibility during peak hours.
  • Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Operating cash registers, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining cash drawer integrity.
  • Providing friendly, attentive, and prompt customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues.
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to in all preparation and service areas.
  • Collaborating with teammates to keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe.
  • Participating in regular training sessions and team briefings to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and possess the listed skills:

  • Age: Maximum 30 years old (some listings specify 27 years, but we consider up to 30).
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with experience in the food & beverage sector.
  • Strong communication abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Basic barista skills, cash handling, and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Proficiency in food and beverage service, restaurant operations, and traditional culinary preparation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tasks, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
