Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Kasir Penjualan Retail dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our bustling retail and food‑service environment. This position is the front‑line of our business, responsible for handling cash transactions, preparing simple beverages and steamed dishes, and delivering an excellent customer experience both in‑store and through our growing TikTok live‑content platform. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process sales, returns, and refunds, and ensure all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare and serve a variety of simple drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, following standard recipes.
- Assist in basic kitchen tasks such as boiling, steaming, and assembling ready‑to‑eat items, ensuring food safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, restock merchandise, and keep promotional materials up‑to‑date.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to every customer, answering questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Generate daily cash and sales reports, reconcile register balances, and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Support team members during peak hours, collaborating closely with kitchen staff and floor supervisors.
- Participate in TikTok live‑stream sessions, helping to create engaging content that showcases new menu items and special offers.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, including proper hand‑washing and equipment sanitization.
- Attend scheduled training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 25 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience using a retail cash register or POS application.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – polite, honest, and always wearing a friendly smile.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation methods such as boiling and steaming.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Proficiency in simple report generation and basic numeracy for cash reconciliation.
- Comfortable with creating or supporting short‑form video content for TikTok or similar platforms.
