Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (Pharmacy Laboratory Technician) to join our dynamic pharmaceutical team. This full‑time position is based in a modern laboratory environment where precision, compliance, and patient‑focused service are paramount. The ideal candidate will be a motivated woman with a background in pharmacy, ready to contribute to high‑quality drug preparation, testing, and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, label, and dispense pharmaceutical formulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods using calibrated laboratory equipment.
- Document all laboratory activities accurately in electronic batch records and maintain traceability of each sample.
- Assist in the validation and qualification of new analytical methods and equipment, ensuring compliance with national regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sterility of the laboratory workspace, including proper waste disposal and inventory management of reagents.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, senior technicians, and production staff to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and corrective actions when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal inquiries and supporting the pharmacy’s dispensing operations.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends, to ensure continuous laboratory coverage and meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a D3 or S1 degree in Pharmacy.
- Professional License: Active STRTTK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian).
- Experience: Fresh graduate welcomed, but candidates with relevant laboratory experience are also considered.
- Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and record keeping.
