Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barista and Cashier to join our vibrant café team in the bustling BSD area. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, espresso‑based beverages, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, process credit/debit payments, and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, including regular table clearing, counter sanitizing, and equipment upkeep.
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other consumables; place orders and receive deliveries as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints with professionalism and a smile.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow, ensuring timely delivery of food items and smooth peak‑hour operations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting routine checks of equipment and storage areas.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer balancing, equipment shutdown, and securing the premises.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a kitchen, café, or barista role.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
