We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Tim Pengembangan Produk to spearhead the growth of our student‑card insurance programs across schools, government agencies, community markets, and UMKM partners. This leadership position blends strategic business development with hands‑on project execution, ensuring our innovative insurance solutions reach the right audiences while fostering strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self‑starter with a solid understanding of the insurance sector, excellent communication skills, and a robust network within educational and community institutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partner schools, government bodies, corporate clients, village communities, market associations, and UMKM enterprises to promote the student‑card insurance program.
- Design, pilot, and launch tailored insurance programs that meet the specific needs of each target segment.
- Conduct thorough market research and on‑site surveys to assess demand, competition, and regulatory considerations.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and manage a high‑performing business development team, providing coaching, performance tracking, and career growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular progress reports, complete with data analytics, visual dashboards, and supporting documentation for senior management.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new business partners and channel representatives to expand the distribution network.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with governmental and private stakeholders, facilitating smooth implementation and addressing any operational challenges.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner acquisition rate, policy uptake, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure program offerings remain competitive and legally sound.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in B2B sales or product development.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong motivation and relevant skill sets.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, village communities, markets, and UMKM sectors.
- Proven ability to develop business pipelines and lead teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales analysis, customer needs assessment, and market trend evaluation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
