Responsibilities
- Sort incoming and outgoing parcels according to destination area or shipping code, ensuring proper routing.
- Load and unload goods from operational vehicles, using proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent damage.
- Scan each package into the company’s tracking system, verifying barcode accuracy and updating status in real time.
- Arrange packages neatly on pallets or in designated zones, conducting visual inspections to identify any signs of damage or tampering.
- Assist supervisors with the coordination of loading and unloading schedules, adapting to changes in shipment volume.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly sweeping aisles, disposing of packaging waste, and reporting hazards.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve any discrepancies in package counts or delivery instructions.
- Support inventory checks and cycle counts as needed, providing accurate data for stock reconciliation.
- Follow all company safety policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to vehicle safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 40 years.
- No prior experience required, though a basic understanding of logistics processes is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning devices and inputting data into the system.
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work a schedule of Monday through Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Analytical mindset for logistics tasks, enabling quick identification of routing or packaging issues.
