We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Kurir Motor/Mobil team at the Tembilang Hub. Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver parcels using a motorcycle or car to designated addresses throughout the Tembilang area, adhering to scheduled delivery windows.
- Inspect each order before departure and after delivery to confirm item integrity, correct documentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel usage, and any incident reports, and submit them to the operations team daily.
- Communicate promptly with the dispatch center via the Shopee Xpress mobile app to receive route updates, traffic alerts, and customer notes.
- Provide courteous, professional service during face‑to‑face interactions with customers, addressing basic inquiries and obtaining signatures when required.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate protective gear, and adhere to local traffic laws to ensure personal and public safety.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on route optimization, handling fragile items, and using the company’s delivery technology platform.
Requirements
- Vehicle: Own a well‑maintained motorcycle (or car, if applicable) with a valid road‑worthy certificate.
- Driving License: Possess a valid SIM B (or equivalent) that can be upgraded; applicants must be between 18 and 45 years of age.
- Technology: Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 3 GB RAM to run Shopee Xpress’s delivery app.
- Residence: Live within the assigned service area or be willing to relocate to the Tembilang Hub.
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma is a plus but not mandatory.
