Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preparation methods.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, then communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, checking back with guests to guarantee satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and a positive dining experience.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and sanitation protocols.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining composure, accuracy, and a courteous attitude.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants up to 30 years old are preferred, though we consider all qualified candidates.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication abilities, honesty, responsibility, and a team‑oriented mindset.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and work in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Technical Skill: Familiarity with basic point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and store management software is a plus.
  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
