We are seeking energetic and reliable Motorcycle Couriers to join our team and ensure that customers receive their orders quickly, safely, and with a smile. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be the face of Shopee Xpress on the road, playing a crucial role in connecting merchants and consumers across the entire Bojonegoro area.
Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver parcels using a personal motorcycle while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Verify each order before departure and conduct a post‑delivery check to confirm that items are intact and correctly delivered.
- Assist with loading and unloading of packages from the motorcycle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools to select the most efficient routes, reducing delivery time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, and submit daily activity reports through the Shopee Xpress mobile app.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, handling any inquiries or issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or any incidents promptly to the operations team.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with company policies, new technology features, and best practices in last‑mile logistics.
Requirements
- All education levels are accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Open to candidates of any age and gender.
- Minimum 0 years of professional experience; prior delivery or courier experience is a plus.
- Valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) and an active SIM C driver’s license.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle that meets Shopee Xpress standards.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB of RAM to run the delivery application.
- Proficient in using Google Maps, GPS navigation, and basic smartphone functions.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle physical tasks such as lifting parcels up to 15 kg.
