Introduction

Muphus Seafood is seeking enthusiastic and experienced restaurant crew members to join our fast‑growing outlet team. As a Crew Outlet, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives prompt, friendly, and high‑quality service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, high‑energy environment and who are passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences in the seafood segment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize all ingredients and supplies before service, ensuring freshness and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Greet guests, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations with a focus on seafood specialties.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to deliver dishes in a timely manner while maintaining presentation quality.
  • Handle cash registers, process payments, and manage end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service equipment throughout the shift.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in stock replenishment to avoid service interruptions.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support team members during peak periods by multitasking and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of seafood to prevent cross‑contamination.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food‑service role, preferably in a seafood or fast‑casual environment.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with teammates and guests.
    • Quick adaptability to shifting workloads, menu updates, and peak‑hour pressure.
    • Team‑building mindset, contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
    • Basic knowledge of food safety practices and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (flexible shift rotations).
