We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Regional Delivery Courier (Kurir Pengiriman Barang Regional) to join our growing logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring that goods are transported safely and on time across a wide regional area, supporting both our B2B and B2C customers. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, punctual individual who adheres to professional standards, including regular observance of the five daily prayers, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels, documents, and freight from designated warehouses or customer locations.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes using GPS and mapping tools to maximize efficiency while respecting traffic regulations.
- Load, secure, and unload goods carefully to prevent damage, ensuring proper handling of fragile or high‑value items.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and update the tracking system in real time.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or special instructions.
- Perform routine safety checks on the motorbike, including fuel level, tire pressure, brakes, and lighting before each shift.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and undeliverable packages according to company policy.
- Assist in collecting cash‑on‑delivery payments when required, ensuring proper documentation and secure handling.
- Provide courteous, professional service that reflects the company’s brand values and builds customer trust.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules, weather conditions, or emergency situations while maintaining composure under pressure.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Must observe the five daily prayers (Shalat 5 Waktu) and demonstrate strong personal integrity.
- Valid driver’s license for motorbike and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Excellent time‑management and route‑planning skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Physical stamina to load and unload packages, often in varying weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency with mobile applications used for navigation and delivery tracking.
