Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to open new sales branches and increase market share in assigned territories.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers and sales staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, merchandising standards, and financial controls.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design localized promotions, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of branch managers, providing actionable feedback and development plans.
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Represent Tridjaya Elektronik at industry events, networking functions, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies and market shifts to keep the sales strategy agile and competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales management or branch development.
- Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Strategic planning skills and the capacity to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Fundamental knowledge of store management, merchandising, and retail marketing.
- Analytical mindset for monitoring branch performance, interpreting sales data, and forecasting trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including public speaking and phone etiquette.
- Ability to adapt quickly to market changes, new technologies, and evolving customer needs.
- Proficiency in budgeting, sales analysis, and strategic accounting concepts.
