Responsibilities
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is prepared for customers each day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
- Support inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering inquiries and guiding them to products.
- Handle cash transactions, process sales, and reconcile daily cash registers accurately.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, or loss incidents to the store manager promptly.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring product displays are attractive and aligned with promotional plans.
- Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and support basic troubleshooting when needed.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this location).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
