We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staf Crew Operasional to join our fast‑growing retail team at the Klaten branch. Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is prepared for customers each day.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering inquiries and guiding them to products.
  • Handle cash transactions, process sales, and reconcile daily cash registers accurately.
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, or loss incidents to the store manager promptly.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring product displays are attractive and aligned with promotional plans.
  • Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and support basic troubleshooting when needed.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this location).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
