Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and generate sales in both local and global markets.
- Identify, approach, and secure relationships with overseas consignment stores, multi‑brand boutiques, and retail partners to broaden distribution channels.
- Lead prospecting, outreach, and negotiation activities with international retailers to establish consignment agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support overseas buyers, distributors, and business partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain professional communication with international clients via email, virtual meetings, and live presentations, delivering content in fluent English.
- Assist in planning and executing overseas exhibitions, trade shows, pop‑up events, and business trips that showcase the brand’s collections.
- Conduct thorough market research on global fashion trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging distribution opportunities.
- Create high‑quality marketing collateral, company profiles, and sales kits in English to support pitch meetings and trade events.
- Monitor, analyze, and regularly report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to amplify brand storytelling and engage target audiences worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing or business development, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated success in handling international markets, with strong negotiation and partnership‑building abilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English; ability to conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations both online and face‑to‑face.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of global fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and major social media channels.
- Willingness to travel abroad as required for business development, events, and client engagements.
