Introduction
The Sales Hunter – Wilayah NOO position is a dynamic field‑sales role based in the eastern Indonesian region, covering Samarinda, Tenggarong, and Tarakan. As a key member of our distribution network, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new business opportunities for our expanding portfolio of products. This role demands a high‑energy, self‑motivated professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, build strong relationships with owners of schools, shops, and warungs, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach and present product solutions to owners or representatives of prospective New Open Outlets (NOO) across the assigned territory.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with school administrators, retail shop owners, and small‑business proprietors.
- Draft and finalize business agreements, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met.
- Perform regular field visits to existing and potential distributor locations to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects and update the CRM system daily.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and assist in the development of localized promotional strategies.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets by employing strategic prospecting techniques, cold‑calling, and referral generation.
- Utilize a smartphone with minimum 4 GB RAM for real‑time data entry, navigation, and communication with the headquarters.
- Attend periodic training sessions and sales workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in motorbike‑based sales or field sales; prior experience with NOO development is a strong advantage.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decision‑makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on creating win‑win agreements.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for CRM entry, GPS navigation, and reporting.
