To maintain our reputation for excellence and compliance, we are seeking a qualified Apoteker Penanggung Jawab Alat Kesehatan – Cuti Melahirkan to oversee all aspects of drug distribution, quality management, and regulatory reporting during a maternity‑leave replacement period.
This role is full‑time, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to contribute to public health while gaining deep exposure to national regulatory frameworks such as CDOB, GDP, BPOM, and Kemenkes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that every step of the drug distribution chain complies with CDOB/GDP standards and adheres to BPOM and Kemenkes regulations.
- Supervise the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing that all processes, SOPs, and documentation are complete, up‑to‑date, and audit‑ready.
- Authorize procurement orders (SP), vendor/customer qualifications, and sign off on Delivery Notes (Surat Pengantaran Barang) to confirm receipt and conformity.
- Manage controlled substances documentation, including psychotropics, precursors, over‑the‑counter (OOT) items under supervision, and cold‑chain products.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly and quarterly distribution reports to BPOM (e‑WAS) and Kemenkes (e‑Report) within required deadlines.
- Oversee warehouse operations: proper storage conditions, equipment maintenance, sanitation, and timely shipment of products according to CDOB guidelines.
- Conduct internal self‑inspections, handle product recalls, quarantine, or disposal, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Address customer complaints professionally and coordinate investigations with BPOM, Dinas Kesehatan, product principals, and internal teams.
- Lead cross‑functional meetings to ensure continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and alignment with corporate compliance goals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 Pharmacy with a professional pharmacist license (STRA) actively registered.
- Experience: Prior experience as a pharmacist in a Pharmaceutical Distribution (PBF) environment is highly preferred; fresh graduates with strong regulatory knowledge are also considered.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of CDOB, GDP, BPOM regulations, CDAKB, and national drug distribution processes.
- Technical Skills: Excellent administrative and documentation abilities; proficient in creating, analyzing, and presenting distribution reports.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities; proven problem‑solving aptitude and high compliance orientation.
- Personal Attributes: Meticulous, detail‑oriented, ethical, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Willingness to serve as a temporary replacement during maternity leave.
