Introduction
Adira Syariah is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Force Syariah – Kemitraan to join our expanding network of branches across Indonesia, with a focus on the Bandung area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about serving the Muslim community, have a solid background in sales or marketing, and possess strong relational skills within religious and community networks. As a key member of our sales team, you will promote financing solutions for Umrah and Haji Plus, helping pilgrims realize their spiritual journeys while adhering to Sharia‑compliant financial principles.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Adira Syariah’s Umrah and Haji Plus financing products to prospective pilgrims through face‑to‑face interactions, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by leveraging social media platforms, community events, and personal networks within mosques, religious organizations, and educational institutions.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with travel agencies that specialize in Umrah and Haji services, conducting regular visits and performance reviews.
- Coordinate joint promotional activities with community leaders, corporate partners, and educational institutions to boost product awareness and drive sales volume.
- Create engaging content for social media campaigns, including graphics, videos, and written posts that highlight financing benefits, success stories, and upcoming travel packages.
- Organize and execute on‑site events, webinars, and information sessions to educate potential customers about Sharia‑compliant financing options.
- Track sales metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to Islamic finance and consumer protection.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the travel, Umrah, or Haji sector.
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities, with a talent for building long‑term relationships.
- Extensive network within community, mosque, or religious organization circles is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in using communication tools (phone, email, WhatsApp) and sales analysis software.
- Male candidates only (as per current company policy).
- Willingness to work in any of Adira Syariah’s branches: Bekasi, Ciputat, Jakarta Tebet, Serang, Bogor, Bandung, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Padang, or Makassar (placement based on domicile).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
