Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Marketing Kredit (CMO) to join our Jakarta branch. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our financial products and the market, ensuring that dealers and borrowers receive exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will play a key part in expanding our credit portfolio, strengthening relationships, and contributing to the growth of our lending operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with dealers, brokers, and individual borrowers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Prepare all necessary documentation and data packages required for credit surveys, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct on‑site and remote credit feasibility surveys for prospective borrowers, evaluating financial health, repayment capacity, and collateral adequacy.
- Perform detailed credit analysis using quantitative models and qualitative judgment, producing clear recommendation reports for underwriting teams.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our credit solutions.
- Monitor market trends in consumer financing, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies proactively.
- Provide regular feedback to product development on borrower needs, helping to shape new loan products.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all survey results, credit analyses, and client communications, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, dealer meetings, and community outreach programs to raise brand awareness.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in credit analysis or marketing.
- Male candidates only (as per current company policy).
- Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent analytical abilities: meticulous, critical, persistent, and disciplined.
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Solid understanding of the financing industry, including consumer credit products and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with credit scoring software is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30, based in our Jakarta branch.
