Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Kredit Marketing to join our fast‑growing financial services team in SandaI. This role focuses on generating cash‑loan sales secured by vehicle BPKB documents, while delivering exceptional customer service and thorough credit assessments. As a frontline representative of our brand, you will play a crucial part in expanding our loan portfolio, fostering client relationships, and helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers for cash‑loan products secured by vehicle titles, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and credit feasibility analyses, gathering necessary documentation and evaluating borrowers’ repayment capacity.
- Prepare and present clear, accurate loan proposals to clients, explaining terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any associated fees.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads using the company’s CRM system, updating status, follow‑up actions, and outcomes in real time.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering client inquiries, handling amendments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that affect credit products, and share insights with management.
- Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and compliance, including maintaining a clean SLiK (Sistem Layanan Informasi Kredit) record.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, as per the specific operational policy.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and own motorbike for field visits.
- Clean credit history (SLiK) demonstrating financial responsibility.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer‑facing roles – preferably within financial services or automotive financing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Age 30 years or younger, with the physical ability to travel to client locations.
