Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Field Collection Specialist (Senior) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers who have fallen behind on their loan repayments. Operating primarily in the Central Java region—including Magelang, Muntilan, Parakan, Temanggung, and Wonosobo—the specialist will act as the face of our organization, building trust while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers with overdue installments, ensuring punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Negotiate repayment plans, restructure debt where appropriate, and document all agreements in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of each collection activity, updating the CRM system daily to reflect status changes, promises to pay, and any escalations.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit Risk and Legal departments to identify high‑risk accounts and recommend appropriate actions.
- Provide regular reports to management on collection performance, highlighting trends, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement.
- Educate borrowers on the importance of timely payments and offer guidance on financial management to prevent future delinquencies.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, ensuring respectful and non‑coercive communication at all times.
- Travel within the assigned territories using a personal vehicle, maintaining a valid driver’s license (SIM) and proper insurance coverage.
- Work under pressure to meet weekly and monthly collection targets while upholding a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, debt recovery, or a related financial services role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Possession of a reliable private vehicle and a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict performance targets.
- Male or female candidates are welcome; gender is not a limiting factor.
- Willingness to work under high‑pressure environments and handle challenging negotiations.
- Flexibility to be stationed in any of the following locations: Magelang, Muntilan, Parakan, Temanggung, or Wonosobo.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
