Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of specials and dietary options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring any modifications or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, adhering to the restaurant’s standards for presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the service period, anticipating guest needs, refilling beverages, and addressing any concerns immediately.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bussers, and fellow servers to maintain smooth workflow and efficient table turnover.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all service stations are well‑stocked.
- Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions following company policies.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, contribute ideas for menu improvements, and provide feedback on guest experiences.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to confidently recommend wine pairings, desserts, and promotional items.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage sector is preferred, but fresh graduates with high motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; knowledge of English is an advantage for serving international guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays up to 15 kg, and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
