Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Operasional Gudang to join our dynamic logistics team at the Surakarta office. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, reporting directly to the Head of Warehouse. Responsibilities
- Inspect the condition of incoming merchandise and verify that loading preparations meet safety and quality standards.
- Count and reconcile items against shipping receipts (picking results) to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Execute quality‑control checks on outbound shipments, confirming that product condition, quantity, and documentation match customer expectations.
- Package and label goods according to established SOPs, adapting packaging methods to the specific category of each item.
- Organize warehouse storage zones, following layout guidelines and maintaining proper segregation of product types.
- Assist the Head of Warehouse with ad‑hoc tasks, including inventory audits, stock replenishment, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in external assignments such as escorting deliveries or acting as a driver‑assistant when required.
- Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system, ensuring traceability of all movements.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to workflow, packaging, and handling procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 38 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, perform accurate picking, and conduct quality inspections.
- Strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging, storage, and handling.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Willingness to travel locally for delivery escort duties when needed.
