Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Operator Mesin Pengecatan to join our fast‑growing production team. This role is critical to ensuring that all painted components meet the highest standards of finish, durability, and visual appeal. As part of a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will work closely with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to keep the painting line operating smoothly from shift start to finish.
The position is based in our state‑of‑the‑art facility, which serves a diverse range of industries including automotive, heavy equipment, and consumer goods. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable schedule for candidates seeking reliable employment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate spray‑painting and dip‑coating machines according to job orders and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning spray nozzles, checking pressure levels, and lubricating moving parts.
- Inspect painted parts for surface defects, color consistency, and thickness using visual checks and measurement tools.
- Document production output, machine settings, and any deviations in the daily logbook.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct spot checks and resolve non‑conformities promptly.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with the maintenance department for corrective actions.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper ventilation, and handling of hazardous chemicals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation, safety standards, and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient production environment.
Requirements
- Gender: Laki‑laki (Male) – Non‑Muslim candidate preferred as per company policy.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum SMK with a focus on Teknik Mesin (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent SMA/SMK/Sederajat.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a production paint operator.
