Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Partner – Labuhan Batu (Rantau Prapat) to join our expanding sales force. The role is based in Labuhan Batu, with a primary focus on developing relationships, promoting products, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers through door‑to‑door visits, local events, and community networking.
  • Present product features and benefits in a clear, persuasive manner, tailoring the pitch to each client’s needs.
  • Maintain a daily activity log, including visits, contacts made, and follow‑up actions, to ensure accurate reporting to regional managers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into closed deals and upselling existing accounts.
  • Gather market intelligence—pricing trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback—to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and local branding initiatives.
  • Provide post‑sale support, handling inquiries, product service requests, and warranty issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Manage personal inventory of marketing materials and ensure proper presentation of brand assets during field activities.
  • Report weekly performance metrics and insights to the regional sales supervisor, highlighting successes and challenges.

Requirements

  • Male or female candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably up to a bachelor’s degree (S1).
  • Possession of a personal motorbike for reliable transportation to client sites.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field environment.
  • Basic analytical ability to assess sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00, with weekends off.
