Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional driver to join our dynamic team in Tulungagung. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, primarily automatic cars, while providing reliable support for daily office operations. Responsibilities
- Operate company‑provided automatic and manual vehicles to transport staff, clients, and documents to various destinations.
- Plan and execute long‑distance trips, ensuring punctual arrival and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, monitor fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall mechanical condition.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, cleaning, and minor repairs, or coordinate service with approved workshops.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and trip reports for accounting and audit purposes.
- Assist with office logistics, including the delivery of parcels, picking up supplies, and supporting event set‑ups.
- Provide courteous customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Observe and enforce company safety policies, report incidents promptly, and suggest improvements to reduce risk.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to schedule vehicle usage, ensuring optimal utilization of fleet resources.
- Stay updated on local traffic patterns, road conditions, and any regulatory changes that affect driving duties.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM A license with a clean driving record.
- At least one year of professional driving experience, preferably with both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Residency in Tulungagung or surrounding area.
- Demonstrated ability to drive long distances safely and efficiently.
- Strong vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine checks and minor troubleshooting.
- Excellent time‑management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to punctuality.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime as required.
