Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Pejanggik (BNT) – Remedial Officer (Collection) to join our dynamic team in Mataram. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. As part of a growing multifinance organization, you will work closely with branch managers and support the overall financial health of the company while developing your career in credit and collections.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue A/R, ensuring all actions are completed within defined timelines.
- Conduct field visits to customers’ premises to negotiate payment plans, verify information, and recover outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with branch teams to identify and resolve issues with high‑risk or problem partners, providing actionable recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, contributing to the company’s profitability.
- Prepare detailed collection reports, analyze trends, and present findings to management for strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in developing and refining collection policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices, negotiation techniques, and legal aspects of debt recovery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries professionally, fostering goodwill, and preserving the company’s reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all majors are welcomed, making it an excellent entry‑level opportunity.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related finance role; prior experience in the multifinance sector is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age limit of 34 years.

- Willingness to work according to domicile placement, with a standard work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
