Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives – Client Support Specialists. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy interacting with a diverse client base, and are eager to contribute to the operational excellence of our organization. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and includes three distinct career pathways: Customer Service, Production Staff, and Helper Cleaning Service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all client interactions in the CRM system, tracking issues, resolutions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to relay client feedback that can improve product quality and delivery timelines.
  • Assist the Cleaning Service crew by maintaining cleanliness standards in shared workspaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and scheduling of service appointments.
  • Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements to management, contributing to continuous operational excellence.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Adhere to company health and safety guidelines, especially when performing cleaning or production support duties.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a maximum limit of 0 years for entry‑level positions (i.e., fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for serving customers.

    • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
